The objective of this training session is to educate workers and managers regarding ergonomic risk factors that can be present in their work environment and how to reduce these risk factors. The focus is to prevent the development of overuse syndromes and work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Training sessions can be tailored to non-office environments.
