This training was originally developed for, and presented to, King County's Disability Management Team in Seattle WA. It is recommended for professionals who are working as disability managers, ergonomics, or anyone who is involved in assessing and providing work accommodations and modifications for people with disabilities. An overview of 15 common disorders, diseases, and conditions; as well as their associated medical restrictions, ergonomic considerations, and accommodation strategies for employment is provided. The training has been prepared in modules and can be customized to meet your needs.
Approximate Length: Depends on the number of modules you would like. However, 6 hours is needed for the entire presentation.
