Program Roll-out The program will be designed based on your needs. After this is completed the program will be introduced to employees.
Health Interest Survey A health interest survey will be given to employees to determine which topics will be focused on in the wellness program.
Health Risk Assessment An online health risk assessment questionnaire will be given to employees once a year. Employees will learn from this assessment what their health risks are and the steps to lower them. Although individual information is anonymous, the employer will receive a report of the major health risks of their employees as a group.
Biometric Health Screening – Every year screening will be offered to employees at your worksite for cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, and body mass index. This is an important way of lowering medical costs by catching problems early.
Physical Activity Campaigns – Various physical activity programs will be offered to get employees moving.
Lunch and Learns – Lunch time seminars will be set up to present information which employees indicated an interest in.
Establish In-House Wellness Library – A worksite library will be set-up to provide health information to employees.
Health Newsletter – It is important to stay updated on current health information. A quarterly health newsletter will help accomplish this task. There is an option for your company logo and information to be on each newsletter.
