Document holders used with computer work should sit just below the monitor and up from the keyboard without obstructing the view of the monitor screen. They should be;

• Stable and durable.
• Adjustable with an angle from 20° to 60° is preferred.
• Large enough to support work tasks.
• Non-reflective, glossy surface.
• Holder should not be translucent to light.
