  • Tracks the time and cost spent on completing assessments, making workstation changes and purchasing equipment.
  • Provides customized equipment solutions with vendor, cost and ordering information. Equipment cost reports can be generated to aid in managing and forecasting budgets.
  • Uses an objective risk factor assessment tool and a symptom survey to measure the effectiveness of the ergonomic intervention. The program quantifies whether symptoms and ergonomic risks have been reduced and by what percentage. You can quickly show that the ergonomic intervention is actually working.
  • Features basic reports that users can generate with just a click of a button. These can be generated by department, division, supervisor or location and include cost, risk reduction, symptom reduction, compliance and employee survey reports.
  • The email function allows you to email the evaluation, all or any part, to anyone. You can email a supervisor the evaluation recommendations, or send the cost and equipment page to the purchaser or vendor or send the installation instructions to the facilities.   This streamlined communication saves time.
