Catherine Gavin, MA, CRC – Vocational Consultant – Catherine became a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) in 2022. 

Catherine graduated from University of Arizona in 2020 with a dual-degree Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology. In 2022, Catherine earned her Master of Arts in Counseling with an emphasis in Mental Health and Rehabilitation from the University of Arizona. Prior to her work as a Vocational Consultant, Catherine also provided mental health counseling to adults and youth, behavioral support for children with Autism, and job coaching and development for adults with developmental disabilities. Through counseling and working with individuals with disabilities, Catherine has developed an understanding of individual’s differing needs when it comes to mental and vocational health. She provides vocational assistance with empathy and compassion for workers and is dedicated to making sure workers return and remain at work safely.

Tony Feuchter, MA, CDMS, CEOE — Board Member, Vocational/Ergonomics Consultant. Tony has experience working with injured workers in Washington State since 2018 and became a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) in 2020.  Tony has also earned the certification as a Certified Ergonomics Office Evaluator (CEOE) and provides ergonomics assessments to employers, specializing in office ergonomics.

Tony graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.  In 2011, Tony earned his Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Montana.  Prior to his work as a Vocational and Ergonomic Consultant, Tony also provided mental health counseling to youth to help manage their mental and behavioral health challenges as well as developing behavioral plans for juvenile offenders to reduce future involvement with the criminal justice system. This experience has given Tony valuable insight and understanding of the life challenges individuals may face and how to best assist them in transitioning through those challenges.  Through application of his academic endeavors and work experience, he demonstrates the needed skills to assist workers to safely return to work and remain at work.

Lynnda Dee English, BA, CDMS, CEOE, AOEAS – Vice President, Ergonomics and ADA Accommodations Manager

Lynnda Dee English, BA, CDMS, CEOE, AOEAS, Vice President, Ergonomics and ADA Accommodations Manager, has been serving industrially injured workers in Washington since 2015.  She is a Certified Disability Management Specialist and a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) with the state of Washington.  Prior to working in Washington, she was a vocational consultant in Nevada for six years.

Lynnda Dee manages and administers return-to-work, stay-at-work services in ADA disability management programs.

She is a Certified Ergonomics Office Evaluator, and an Advanced Office Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, which demonstrates her proficiency in conducting office ergonomics assessments. She is Past Co-Program Chair of the Puget Sound Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.  After completing specific training in office ergonomics and working under the direction of Janet DeLapp, Lynnda Dee presently provides ergonomics evaluations to employers.

Vicki Newmaker, MS, CRC — President, Vocational Consultant Manager. Vicki has been providing vocational counseling and disability management consulting services for employers to include forensic work since 1998. She is a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and is also certified as a Long- Term Disability professional.

Vicki is a graduate of Utah State University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Social Work, and a Master’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling. Vicki’s professional experience includes over 23 years managing complex workers compensation claims and providing forensic vocational evaluations for employers in several states, including Utah, Texas, and Washington.  Additionally, Vicki provides assessment and expert witness testimony involving employability and earning capacity issues in family law cases.  Vicki has been employed with Solutions Northwest, Inc. since 2006, and is a registered Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.
